Hockley Parish Plan Launch - 18th October 2007 After many months of work analysing the resident's survey and discussing the results with the Parish Council, Rochford District Council, Essex County Council, utility and transport companies and various pressure groups, the Parish Plan will be launched on 18th October 2007. We hope to produce a colourful and interesting document which will serve as a snapshot of Hockley in the early 21st century and will also act as guidance to those who will manage our environment in the next five years.
